What is excess and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Excess is the maximum amount of your liability for vehicle damage.

Example: with 3000 PLN excess (Essential) and 5000 PLN damage, you pay maximum 3000 PLN.

In Platinum package, excess is 0 PLN — you pay nothing for damages.

Do you accept international driving licenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept international driving licenses (IDP) along with your original license from your country. Drivers from non-EU countries should carry both documents.

Can I pick up the vehicle out of hours?

Yes! We offer 24/7 pickup and return for all packages — no extra charge. Perfect for late or early international flights.

Flight number and telephone or WhatsApp communication are required for coordination of pickup.

What is the mileage limit?

Daily mileage limit per package:

Standard: 200 km/day
Essential: 300 km/day
Signature: 400 km/day
Platinum: unlimited — perfect for longer trips across Poland and neighboring countries.

Can I cross borders with the vehicle?

Yes! You can travel to EU countries.

Border crossing is free for the following countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania.

For other EU countries (including Latvia, Estonia), prior permission is required. Additional costs may apply.

Delivery is calculated based on distance from our office: distance in km × 4 PLN per km.

Yes! Child seats are always free — no extra charge. We provide child seats for all age groups: infant carriers (0-12 months), toddler seats (1-4 years), child seats (4-8 years), and booster seats (8-12 years). Please request when booking.

Do I have to pay for additional drivers?

YES!! Every additional driver is free! You can add as many drivers as you need at no extra cost. All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid license for at least 2 years.

Required: valid driving license, passport or ID card, credit card in main driver's name. International drivers need IDP if from non-EU country.

Your maximum liability depends on your package (from 0 PLN with Platinum to 5000 PLN with Standard). Full OC/AC insurance is included in every package.

What is the fuel policy?

Standard, Essential & Signature packages: Full-to-full policy — you receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. If you return the vehicle without a full tank, you will be charged for the missing fuel.

Platinum package: Full-to-empty policy — you can return the car with an empty tank at no extra cost! This is one of the Platinum benefits.

What are the age requirements?

Minimum driver age is 21 years. The driver must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
