Deposit is held on credit card and returned after vehicle return without damages.
Excess is the maximum amount of your liability for vehicle damage. Example: with 3000 PLN excess (Essential) and 5000 PLN damage, you pay maximum 3000 PLN. In Platinum package, excess is 0 PLN — you pay nothing for damages.
Yes, we accept international driving licenses (IDP) along with your original license from your country. Drivers from non-EU countries should carry both documents.
Yes! We offer 24/7 pickup and return for all packages — no extra charge. Perfect for late or early international flights. Flight number and telephone or WhatsApp communication are required for coordination of pickup.
Platinum: unlimited mileage — perfect for longer trips across Poland and neighboring countries.
Yes! You can travel to EU countries. Border crossing is free for the following countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania. For other EU countries (including Latvia, Estonia), prior permission is required. Additional costs may apply.

Delivery is calculated based on distance from our office: distance in km × 4 PLN per km. Delivery possible to any address in Poland. We deliver to hotels, apartments, offices, airports, and train stations.

No! Additional drivers are always free — no extra charge. You can add as many drivers as you need. All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid license for at least 2 years.
Most vehicles are equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay — always free of charge. You can find this information in the description of a specific car model.
Yes! Full insurance is always included in the price:
You don't need to purchase any additional insurance. The level of coverage depends on your selected package (Essential, Signature, Platinum) — higher packages have lower excess.

Essential & Signature packages: Full-to-full policy — you receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. If you return the vehicle without a full tank, you will be charged for the missing fuel. Platinum package: Full-to-empty policy — you can return the car with an empty tank at no extra cost! This is one of the Platinum benefits.
Minimum driver age is 21 years. The driver must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years.
